2019 Washington D.C. Fly-In

November 20, 2019

Washington, D.C.

The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce will be traveling to Washington, DC on Wednesday, November 20. This visit will give members the opportunity to meet with key leaders in our nation's capital about the most pressing issues of the day. With major discussions in our nation's capital on issues of importance to West Virginia including the energy industry, efforts to eliminate arbitration agreements and the US-Mexico-Canada-Agreement, this is a not-to-be-missed event.

The event will begin with a lunch and issue-brief at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday at 11:30am. We will also be hosting West Virginia's Congressional Delegation and their staff at the Monocle on Capitol Hill for an evening reception.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and overnight accommodations. A small registration fee is included to help cover some of the costs for lunch and the reception.

The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is within walking distance of the U.S. Capitol Building and The Monocle. If you are interested in booking a room at this hotel, you can call (202) 737-1234.
