**Important Registration Information**

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

Due to the COVID-19 situation, this year’s Annual Meeting and Business Summit will look different than in previous years. We are following health guidelines and will be planning social distancing. As such, capacity at this event will be limited.

Registration for the event will open Monday, June 22nd, at 10:00am. If you would like to attend, you might want to register as soon as the registration link goes live, as we can only accept a limited number of registrations at this time. Once registrations sell out, you will have the option to enter the wait list. If future health guidelines permit us to open for additional registrations, those on the wait list will be contacted in the order in which they signed up.

There will be additional free networking time this year as well. Due to the need to maintain social distancing, we will be eliminating breaks and shortening the general sessions in Colonial Hall. We are still planning a great lineup of speakers! Due to the changes we must make, this year’s registration fee will be substantially reduced. Because of capacity constraints, the reduced-fee spouse registrations will only allow access to the evening receptions and non-meeting portions of the event. If your spouse would like to hear the speakers, please register them as a full-attendee. Once a registrant sits in a seat, that seat cannot be reused for the remainder of the day. We hope you understand why this change must be implemented for this year.

Refunds for a cancelled registration will only be available for cancellations received on or before August 2nd. Registrations cannot be cancelled after this date, but they can be transferred to another individual to attend in your place. This policy is in place this year due to limited capacity and the need to allow those on a wait-list adequate time to make the necessary plans to attend this event. If the meeting is cancelled, refunds will be issued to all registrants.

While measures are being taken to promote the safety and health of our attendees, registrants voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You as an individual are the best protection for keeping yourself healthy, and we will be asking all of our guests to be mindful of the necessary steps to make this a healthy event.
