Cancellation Information
The 2020 Annual Meeting and Business Summit has unfortunately been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we were optimistic in early summer that the low number of cases in West Virginia would allow us to hold this meeting in a scaled down format that accommodated social distancing guidelines, the quick rise in COVID-19 cases in West Virginia has changed the outlook for this meeting.
If you have reserved a room at The Greenbrier, you must call The Greenbrier, whether you plan to cancel or keep your stay,. Please call 1-855-453-4858, option 2. **It is fine to leave a message**. For those of you who would like to still visit The Greenbrier during that week, the hotel will be open and would be more than happy to have you as their guest. If you plan on keeping an existing reservation, the hotel will honor your room rate. Again, please be sure to call The Greenbrier if you have a reservation – whether you plan on cancelling or still going.
