For nine decades, this flagship event has brought together the leaders, innovators and decision-makers who help shape West Virginia’s future—building a legacy rooted in collaboration, resilience and a commitment to growth.

From September 2–4, 2026, leaders from across the state and beyond will gather at The Greenbrier for the 90th Annual Meeting & Business Summit. This three-day “Members Only” event brings together business and community leaders to exchange ideas, build partnerships and chart a course for a stronger, more resilient West Virginia.
