We are optimistic about the progress that is being made to help boost job creation opportunities. Important legal reforms, education improvements, and substantial regulatory reforms have been among the topics addressed by the current jobs-oriented West Virginia Legislature.”
Roberts continued, “At this year’s Annual Meeting and Business Summit we will be placing a great deal of attention on the opioid drug crisis and what can be done to assist those who desperately need help. The last two years have seen major success in improving the jobs climate in West Virginia, and we must work to ensure that we have a drug-free, well educated workforce who can fill the jobs as opportunities open up.”
