West Virginia Chamber leaders praise area’s role in state progress during visit

November 21, 2025

WHEELING, W.Va. — The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce visited NB Cafe on Friday as part of a broader tour in Ohio County.

Local business owners and community partners gathered to gain insights into developments in Charleston and surrounding counties.

The chamber addressed state and legislative priorities during the visit.

“We’ve had a fantastic several days in the Wheeling community,” said Steve Roberts, president of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce. “We’re very impressed with all of the great things going on, and we want to say ‘thank you’ to this community and tell you how important you are to West Virginia and West Virginia’s progress.”
