The Women’s Leadership Summit is designed to connect, educate, and inspire women from across the state. This event features dynamic speakers, networking opportunities, leadership development sessions, mentorship programs, a philanthropy project and more.
We are thrilled to again welcome Jobs For West Virginia’s Graduates students from Logan and McDowell counties and college students from across the Mountain State for unparalleled experiences and opportunities to connect with West Virginia’s best and brightest as we strive to inspire the next generation of women leaders.
The goal of this event is to get women excited about improving and embracing their role as leaders. The content is substantive, the relationships real, the learning experiential.

We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Women’s Leadership Summit philanthropy project was successful in collecting hundreds of bags filled with summer camp items to support YMCA locations across West Virginia.
Our goal was to collect bags filled with summer camp items to assist children as they engage in a spectrum of adventures from STEM to physical activities, fostering holistic growth.
YMCAs play a crucial role in our communities and hundreds of children participate in their Summer Day Camp programs each year. Your generosity and compassion will create lasting memories and opportunities for growth.
